Refund Policy

Refund terms will be finalized before public paid sales begin.

## Refund Policy

1. **Eligibility for Refund**: 

   - Refunds are only available within the first seven (7) days of purchase.

   - A full refund will only be granted if the Customer has NOT activated the Pro Version of the Software.

   

2. **Partial Refund**: 

   - If the Pro Version has been activated, the Customer may request a partial refund.

   - A $5.00 software license reversal fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

   - The remaining amount will be processed and refunded within fourteen (14) days of the request.

3. **Multiple Activations**: 

   - If the license key has been activated more than once by different users, as determined by the recording of IP addresses at activation, then no refund will be provided.

## Customer Obligations

1. The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the registration and purchase process.

2. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

## Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Software, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

## Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

## Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

2. The arbitration shall take place in [ADDRESS], and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

## Miscellaneous

1. **Severability**: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

2. **Entire Agreement**: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

## Acceptance

By using the Software, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
