Tabvanta licenses are subject to edition, activation and status rules.

TABVANTA FREEWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license applies to the Tabvanta Free edition, including its source code, compiled binaries, installers, documentation, graphics, branding, and related materials, unless a separate written license expressly states otherwise.

1. FREE USE

Tabvanta Free may be downloaded, installed, and used without charge for personal or commercial use, subject to this license.

2. OWNERSHIP

Tabvanta Free is proprietary software. No ownership rights are transferred to you. All intellectual property rights remain with the copyright holder.

3. REDISTRIBUTION

You may redistribute the official, unmodified Tabvanta Free installer or release package provided that:

- it is distributed in its complete, unmodified form;

- no fee is charged specifically for Tabvanta Free;

- Tabvanta branding, copyright notices, license terms, and attribution are not removed or altered; and

- you do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.

4. MODIFICATION AND DERIVATIVE BUILDS

You may not distribute modified builds, derivative versions, forks, repackaged installers, or altered binaries of Tabvanta Free without prior written permission from the copyright holder.

5. SALE, SUBLICENSING, AND HOSTED REPACKAGING

You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, commercially repackage, or otherwise monetize Tabvanta Free itself without prior written permission.

6. REVERSE ENGINEERING

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass licensing controls, or attempt to derive protected implementation details from Tabvanta Free except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity despite this restriction.

7. TABVANTA PRO

This license does not grant rights to Tabvanta Pro, Pro-only features, private repositories, paid binaries, paid services, license-generation systems, or other commercial components that are not expressly included in the Free edition.

8. LICENSE KEYS AND SERVICES

License keys, activation services, update services, hosted APIs, downloads, and related online services remain subject to any additional terms published by Tabvanta. You may not generate, resell, share, forge, bypass, or interfere with license keys or activation systems.

9. BRANDING

The Tabvanta name, logos, artwork, and associated branding may not be used to market unrelated products or services, imply official status, or create confusingly similar software without written permission.

10. NO WARRANTY

TABVANTA FREE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, BUSINESS, OR USE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO TABVANTA FREE.

12. TERMINATION

Your rights under this license terminate automatically if you materially violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop distributing any unauthorized copies or modified versions in your possession or control.

13. CHANGES TO THIS LICENSE

Future versions of Tabvanta Free may be distributed under updated license terms. The license included with the version you received governs that version unless otherwise stated.
